In updates to modern games, developers usually add new areas of the map, NPCs, quests, and more in an attempt to retain the interest of the player base as well as to attract new gamers into their digital world. The Wastelanders update has been such an addition to Fallout 76, which has survivors exploring Appalachia now seeking out precious metals.

Gold Bullion is a new currency added to Fallout 76, but don't worry, there are no micro-transactions here! This resource can be found after completing the main questline of the Wastelanders update and by performing specific tasks, like trading in Treasury Notes at Gold Press Machines after earning them from public events and completing daily quests.
To make use of these glittering goods, players will have to find a vendor that accepts Gold Bullion as currency in order to trade for special plans and recipes. Minerva, who was added to Fallout 76 with the Steel Reign update on July 7, 2021, is a vendor that players should seek out for some Gold Bullion-related commerce.
Updated on September 21, 2021, by Reyadh Rahaman: Since Minerva moves around a lot, it can be hard to track her down. Thankfully, she only visits the same spots on a rotation, so players should always know where to look for her if she is absent from a location.
Though, in addition to physically changing locations, Minverva's inventories will change on a rotational schedule as well, which can make buying specific items a bit tedious. For that, players should take note of her inventories on the days she is available to trade with so that one can get the best Gold Bullion deals!
Locations Where One Can Find Minerva
A bit annoyingly, Minerva moves around quite a lot, so there isn't a set place where players can find her, however, she only travels between 3 locations. She changes her base of operations every week, though, it's still possible that she cannot be found once in a while because, apparently, NPCs need days off as well. If one cannot find Minerva after checking all 3 of her usual vendor locations, gamers will just need to wait until the next day to try finding her again.

- Fort Atlas - Found in the Savage Divide region southwest of the Sons of Dane Compound
- Foundation - Found in the Savage Divide region southwest of Huntersville
Minerva's Inventory Lists (What She Sells)
Minerva's inventory will change depending on the time one meets up with her and does not seem to have anything to do with the location where she is currently selling her goods. For the first 3 weeks in a month, from Monday to Wednesday for all 3 weeks, she will sell items from one of her Emporium lists, which are her usual goods, just broken up into smaller lists for greater randomization. However, on the fourth week of a month, from Monday to Thursday, Minerva will sell potentially many more items from her Big Sale list.

Where To Find More Gold Bullion For Trading
Gold Press Machines are the most crucial object when it comes to gaining Gold Bullion, as these devices are the things that generate the valuable resource, though there aren't too many in the game.
All Gold Press Machine Locations
- The Crater - Within the building known as The Core
- Foundation - Near to the elevator that leads to Founder's Hall
In addition to hitting up Gold Press Machines to trade in Treasury Notes that can be collected by doing public events and completing daily quests, there is another way to obtain more Gold Bullion. Players can meet with the merchant named Smiley in The Wayward, northwest of Sutton, to trade caps for Gold Bullion. Smiley will trade players 50 Gold Bullion for 1,000 caps, though, as with the other methods of acquiring these glittering goods, there is a daily limit.
From trading in Treasury Notes, there is a max gain of 400 Gold Bullion per day, and trading caps for gold with Smiley is limited to 300 Gold Bullion per day. Thankfully, these limits don't interfere with one another, meaning that players can acquire a maximum total of 700 Gold Bullion per day. It should also be mentioned that a single character can only hold up to 10,000 Gold Bullion, so don't hesitate about spending the goods on cool new plans and recipes!
