This is a very nice house with a large kitchen and great room. Great location, plenty of parking, and entry is especially easy. Be sure to note the instructions, especially to bring toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and the like. We were disappointed with a few aspects that lowered our rating. The upstairs half-bath was not cleaned well and the toilet was particularly dirty. The queen beds could use new mattresses as they sank towards the middle. It was an uncomfortable sleep. Despite the availability of fiber optic Internet, this house relies on very slow cable. At the router you might get 25Mbps, in the bedrooms it drops to about 15Mbps. This is okay for checking email but not doing much else. Also, the house does not include a booster pump which leaves the water pressure around 20psi (city water is usually around 55psi). This makes for very weak showers - and only one at a time. Not a big deal, but worth noting since booster pumps are quite common in the area. Otherwise, everything is exactly as advertised and quite nice. A few upgrades would easily get 5-stars.

Our housekeeping staff strives to provide the best level of cleaning possible, however we are only human and sometimes we do miss our mark. In the future please do not hesitate to call into our office and we can quickly send out a housekeeper to remedy any cleaning concerns you may have. We will also have our IT department come out to assess the router to find a better solution for the internet. Along with alerting the homeowner to these concerns as well as the mattresses and water pressure for consideration to future improvements to the home to provide a better rental experience! We had a great time staying at the Four seasons, it is very close to chairs lifts 4&5–there was only one house between this one and the ski access. The kitchen is large and well equipped and the room with bunk beds was great for the kids. We enjoyed the pool table, foosball, and the hot tub.

We loved the home and proximity to the mountain. The house is comfortably appointed. There was a great supply of firewood for the home too. We loved our stay and the home.

Beautiful place to kick off the start of summer. We Held a mini family reunion here so we were so happy to find that there was lots of space to spread out. It was also and easy drive from the Pittsburgh and from DC airports. Also Loved the view of the lake and how cozy the home felt. We truly felt all of the love and attention to detail that has been put into the home. Would highly recommend this Fabulous mountain getaway.

Place was awesome! Perfectly clean and well stocked. Large house so it made it easy for the 8 of us ti sleep and stay with the space and privacy you'd want. The kitchen was really well stocked and the hot tub was easy to use! We would definitely go back. Thinking of checking it out in the summer too. Looks like there is lots to do on the lake.

Loved our time at the Lake. Celebrated Easter with the family. House was spacious and clean. Lots to do for the whole crew. Close to everything and house was perfectly stocked. Definitely will be back next year.

Great ski in and ski out place! Home was in excellent condition and we enjoyed being so close to the resort . We would highly recommend this home for families as there is lots to do. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space too. Close proximity to everything in Deep creek. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the 2 fire places and and hot tub. It was so fun with snow falling and being in the hot tub. Also we brought board games but there were plenty in the house to enjoy. We would rent again for sure!

Family friendly with lots of space for all! Loved the pool table and hot tub. So close to the slopes too, now if only Mother Nature would cooperate. Lots of games for family fun and the 2 fireplaces made it extra cozy. Thanks for opening up your beautiful home to us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The fireplace is excellent. The pool table and foosball table were hits. Plenty of room for gathering together and spreading out. The only things that were a little surprising was the shared bathroom for the 2 rooms best suited for adults and it was farther away from the slope than expected. Overall very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Four Seasons over New years Eve/Day for a nice family ski getaway. Our son turned 5 years old and was so excited to stay in the bunk bed room at a Ski House for his birthday. Although we were disappointed the ski lift/slopes near the house were closed due to weather, we made the best of the weekend and managed to get two full days of skiing in. The drive to the Main Lodge is quick and easy. This home would be a great option for us to stay a little later in the season where we can really take advantage of the walkable access to the slopes. The home is absolutely beautiful. It appears there may be a 4th bedroom on the main level which would be a nice option for the future if they open up to guests. The mudroom is large and great for storing skis and wet ski gear without having to worry about dirtying up the rest of the house. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this home to others. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
